1 Seats problem

I have a 2007 GMC Yukon. This car has been converted from the inside into a small limousine. Bench to bench with drinks bar in the middle. I would like to ask you, if I give you the chassis number, can you check if this car was converted at your factory? can I receive a letter from you documenting this change? attached are pictures of the car.

2 Seats problem

Failure Date: 01/15/2018

Seat belt system seem to be defected. Air bag are not functioning properly.

3 Seats problem

Failure Date: 04/02/2008

My husband was driving I was in the passenger seat when the drivers seat all of the sudden went all the way forward and the back of the seat went straight up, so that my husbands face was in the steering wheel and his legs were jammed up under the steering wheel. He was able to pull off the side of the road ok. The service air bag light came on,the vehicle was running very rough and using alot of gas( 9 miles to the gallon) 3rd row seat will not stay locked in place( lock to the floor) auto garage door opener in car will not work.
