Tl-the contact owns a 2016 Yukon xl. The contact stated that on several occasions when the brake pedal was depressed at low speeds, the brakes failed to slow the vehicle. The contact stated that the failure was intermittent. The vehicle was taken to southern pines Chevrolet Buick GMC located at 10722 us-15, southern pines, nc 28387, (910) 692-2002, to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the brake lines and vacuum pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and notified of the failure.
