The contact used a manufacturer app (onstar) to diagnose the vehicle, she reported that codes p0e32 an p0e37 were displayed. The contact researched online and read that she could disconnect the battery and let the computer system reset. The contact stated the she was able to start the vehicle. The contact stated that she no longer used the remote start feature. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 6,000.
