One problem related to fuel pump has been reported for the 1999 Honda Accord. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When temperature reaches under 32f, first thing in the morning, the car was warmed up, and after driving 1/2 mile, the car shut-down and won't restart. Problem was found to be the fuel pump, According to the mechanic, he has known of at least 20 Accords from the same model 98-02, with similar problems, and it all was traced to the same manufacturer who made the fuel pumps.
