With 46,270 miles, two head bolts broke resulting in the failure of the head gasket. The vehicle did not overheat until after the gasket failed. The dealer has "suggested' that the bolts were over torqued after manufacturer, however, I purchased this vehicle new and no work has been done on it that would involve the head bolts. Repair involved a new gasket kit and 12 new bolts. I have the old bolts.
