The contact owns a 2004 Honda Accord. While stopped at a stop light, the contact depressed the accelerator pedal and noticed that the vehicle would not accelerate. The vehicle was towed to the an independent mechanic for a diagnostic test. The mechanic stated that the transmission would have to be overhauled. After the repair, the contact noticed a vibration in the transmission. The vehicle was taken back to the mechanic. The mechanic installed a new clutch. The vehicle was repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 94,100. The consumer also stated the front hydraulic and side motor mount was replaced. Two weeks later, the consumer was informed the motor mount was broken.
