The contact owns a 2005 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving approximately 30 mph, he heard a noise. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who stated that the front and rear rotors and right rear calipers were covered with rust and could not be rotated. The entire brake system had to be replaced. The contact called the manufacturer and received a case number but was offered no assistance. The current mileage was approximately 39,700. The failure mileage was approximately 39,640. Updated 10/20/10 the consumer stated the rotors could not be turned. All four rotors had to be replaced including the calipers. Updated 10/21/10.
