2 Transmission Slip Out Of Gear problem

Failure Date: 12/12/2010

While driving my 2005 Honda Accord v6 on the highway it slipped out of gear and violently down shifted to 2nd gear almost causing an accident! thank god the driver behind me was aware or it could have been fatal. From that day the transmission kept doing the same thing. The car has 95k. Honda has refused to take any responsibility for the failure!! this also happened to my 2002 Accord!! something needs to be done before people get hurt! you would think Honda of all car makers would stand behind what they make. . . But they don't. . . Time to think about another car to by in the future!.
