I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord ex-l in Feb of this year. Since about may of this year, the brakes have had a terribly squeaking noise to it. I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord v6 on February. When I apply the brakes my car makes a loud squeaking noise. The noise is getting worse. I've been to the dealership over 4 times and have called in regards to them fixing the problem. They told me that it was the brake pads. They are still in the process of investigating the problem. Why is this taking so long? the Honda consumer affairs department said that if I fix the brake I would have to pay out of pocket. Honda will not fix this problem unless its recalled. My left speaker as well has shorted out. I went to the car audio store and had the speaker replaced with a new Honda speaker and once again it shorted at a high volume. The gentleman at the car audio store informed me that this was a manufacturing problem on the car.
