The contact stated while entering and starting the vehicle, the front driver’s side and passenger’s side seat warmers activated inadvertently and remained on while the vehicle was in operation. The contact stated that the seat warmers were extremely hot to the point of melting the driver’s side front seat. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer to be inspected.
