I had an event with my turbo hose being loose, dealer tech said must have been loose coming from the factory. Here is the thread. My situation is illustrated with my handle, "mikiwolf". Basically, lost power in my vehicle after 1850 miles and had it towed to dealership. At first they said it was bad fuel and quoted me $800 to clean the fuel tank. Tech kept using "ethanol" and "water" interchangeably which confused me. A day later I went to the dealership and the tech said it was bad gas with just 5% ethanol, fuel was too rich creating the problem for me. Even after I expressed that ethanol is simply an additive, it meant little to this 20-something kid. Long story short, after I asked him to test for water, he wound up doing a visual inspection and found the turbo inlet pipe was loose, tightened it, and did a test drive - problem fixed. The tech went on to say that his internal forum shows this situation happening more and more with Accords. He thinks they are coming from the factory too loose and going forward he knows what to look for now. The dealership did the right thing to work with me and reconcile their findings with me. Problem is, not everyone is as technical as I am and overall Honda seems to have a build issue to resolve and broadly investigate.
