The contact owned a 2022 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving 60 mph, another vehicle, driving approximately 75 mph, crashed into the rear and front passenger's side of the vehicle. The vehicle was then pushed into another lane, where another vehicle crashed into the front driver's side of the vehicle, from the fender-bender to the driver's side door. The seat belt failed to unbuckle, and the driver's side door was jammed. The contact was assisted out of the vehicle by the hero team, who forcefully unbuckled the seat belt. The contact stated that the vehicle sustained significant damage on all four sides and a fractured frame; however, the air bags failed to deploy. The fire department checked the contact's vital signs. The contact was transported to the hospital by his mother. The contact was diagnosed with vestibular system hypofunction and vascular neuritis. The contact sustained a high concussion, pain from the neck, through the back and down to the leg, headaches, crystals in the ears, ptsd, depression, and anxiety. The contact was currently undergoing pain management, physical and psychiatric therapy. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed and totaled by the auto collision repair shop and the insurance company. The dealer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the air bags should have deployed. The contact was referred to the manufacturer for assistance. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 73,000.
Vehicle was involved in an accident and According to eye witnesses, the vehicle stuttered when pulling out into an intersection. This resulted in a t-bone accident where this vehicle was impacted on the driver's side and the passenger with this vehicle suffered a severe traumatic brain injury. Vehicle was inspected by traffic investigation unit and insurance. Unknown if warning lights or messaging appeared prior to accident.
My vehicle has fuel injector issues and Honda refuses to repair under manufacturers warranty although it's a safety issue and defects in their products . When my vehicle starts it misfires and causes the vehicle to go in limp mode disabling all safety features. No airbags or brakes etc . If these thousands of vehicles remain on the road it's not safe to drive. The vehicle stalls in the middle of roadways making it dangerous for everyone due to Honda bad quality control. My daughter was rear ended at a red light by a man going 50mph. It threw her into the car in front of her. The front end and rear end were completely destroyed. The car is totaled. Both were hurt and not one airbag went off. I have many photos.
