The contact owns a 2019 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while attempting to lock the doors with the key fob, the alarm system made an abnormal sound. All the doors and the fuel door remained unlocked. The dealer was made aware of the failure but informed the contact that the vehicle was not under warranty.
