While traveling in new york city, several warning lights illuminated on the dashboard of my 2016 Honda Accord, including a red light for the brakes. Upon returning home, my local dealer diagnosed the problem and determined that the vehicle stability assist (vsa) module failed and needed to be replaced. I prepaid for the part; however, the dealer advised that the vsa module is on backorder and will not be available until November 5, 2023. I feel that the delay of a critical brake component affects my safety and the safety of other motorists. Therefore, I requests assistance with the immediate repair of the vehicle or alternate transportation until repairs are completed.

While driving on the highway numerous warning signal pops up, the car pulls to the left and right then suddenly reduces its speed from 60 to 35 and eventually to a full stop. The car gas pedal is stiff the car won't move, this is the 3 time it happens with 7 days. It was taken to the dealership, they stated that it's fixed. However, that far from the truth. In need of some help, apparantly the 2019 Honda Accord is having this issue there should be a recall before some is killed.

I was sitting in my garage comparing features from my 2017 Accord hybrid with the 2020 Accord hybrid my wife just got. The collision mitigation system problem, road departure mitigation system problem, adaptive cruise control problem came on. When I drove it I realized I'd lost control over those features.

A message came over the dashboard "tpms tire pressure monitoring system malfunction, see dealership". There was a text message then appeared on the music screen. I was on my way to the dealership on the highway when the car was pulling to the right lane towards traffic and I was pulling to the left and hit the jersey barrier and spin the car around. The vehicle from the rear hit me and.

The eps, brake, and abs lights came on when I started the car and would not go off. We took the car to our mechanic who after doing diagnostics told us we need to take our car to a Honda dealer and not drive any more than we had to for safety reasons. The dealer determined it was the vsa modulator and cost $1788. 78 to repair. Really disgusted with Honda as I read online where there have been several other Honda owners with the same problem yet there is still no recall on this problem!.

My car keeps losing all power while im driving and then turns on.
Purchased June 13, 2020. . Shortly after noticed it's light on dash was on. . I have just become aware what it is, it is still on all the time. . Within a week or two I got an oil change and they suggested I get 2 new tires and a flange on the exhaust would need repaired soon. . A few weeks ago I purchased 2 new tires upon returning home front flashers only began to blink intermittently it continues to do this occasionally. . I called discount tire that same day and they didn't know if anything had to be reset so I have been continuously looking for answers so now I have come across the recalls and common problems. The tpms. Light came on after a 2 hour drive home and all tires were 10-12 lbs pressure low. . What is going on. .

We have an intermittent problem with the car starting. We found an online thread on the subject with workaround tricks. Sometimes putting the car in neutral and starting it from there works, but not consistently. What works most often is turn key one notch, wait 3 seconds, turn again and wait until lights go away, then again and then it starts. What is this issue? is there a recall that can fix this issue?.
I have tried contacting Honda and going to the dealership multiple times to get this taken care of but everything is perfect they say. Just yesterday the car hit the break on it's own when the car on the other side was clearly on the other lane the car made a horrible sudden stop that caused bruising to my neck and also my passenger got hurt with everything that flung from the backseat he said the tug was too much . We thought someone had hit me . This isn't the first time the car has done this I feel I get constant tire pops because of this car veers me off into a lane that isn't even there. I have witnesses that say I have a lemon car I always say no but this last incident was too much for me . Also the charger port not usb has not worked since day one another thing they said was working again nothing . I went back and they said I had no warranties . I have called Honda trying to get to the bottom of this and going to the dealer they said u signed so take care of it . At this point I am in the process of purchasing a new vehicle cash and I am not even 1% intersd in keeping this car . If I have to return voluntarily I will have to . I have been patient but it's absolutely ridiculous that I was put into this vehicle being a supposedly upgrade ? from my 2017 Honda coupe v6 . This car needs a recall on lane departure , sensors , electrical it is not a car I feel safe in . I do not trust to let it drive on it's own and for good reason . What am I paying for then ? I would have crashed into a car by now if I trusted it . I have proof of the three tires I have had to get in the past theee months and I don't drive much at all 9k miles in a whole year . Pics on bottom show how the damage comes from the sides due to the car going straight then making sudden turns that hit curbs . The sensors seem to be getting worse instead of better .
If I have the car light on auto and turn off the car the engine still runs and it does not turn off until I turn of the auto switch for the headlights and the indicator comes on randomly and I don't feel safe in this car.
When I turn on the engine, the car dashboard light keeps showing failed in most of the systems. It is just like a christmas tree!.
Tl the contact owns a 2013 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while the vehicle was at a stand still at her residence, the forward collision avoidance and lane departure warning lights illuminated. The contact stated two weeks later the tire pressure measuring system, electronic power steering and abs warning lights illuminated intermittently. The vehicle was taken to local dealer nelson Honda located at 2500 greensboro rd, martinsville, va 24112, (855) 910-6219, where it was diagnosed with needing vsa (vehicle stability assist) module to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired as of yet. The manufacturer had been informed of failure. The failure mileage was 110,000.
Vehicle stall, failed to accelerate . The stall is common and Honda needs to fix this issue before someone gets into an accident . I went to Honda and no issue was found, I am thinking this might be fuel pump recall.
Evening before problem started it was a heavy rain in nyc. Morning I started the car and was immediately received 4 messages: "lkas: lane keeping assist system problem. See your dealer. ". "road departure mitigation system problem. See your dealer. ", "blind spot information system problem. See your dealer. ", "auto high beam problem. Manual controls available. See your dealer. ". Turn signals did not work. Hazard lights did not work. Trunk release did not work. Backup camera did not work. Moved to dealer (25 minutes away). But did not start the service. After turning off and start the car again all displayed failures were gone. Waiting for the next heavy rain.
Honda Accord 2020 lx has so much rattle problems when driving on the grooved road when accelerating, especially on bad condition highspeed road around 60-70 mph. Noise happens in the dashboard, b pillar seatbelt area, roof between b and c pillar. Which distracts people when driving, so dangerous.
Been having electrical problems since we got the car. Year 3 we needed new starter, new back up camera. This year driver's window would work only work some of the time. In June when I started all the dashboard lights came on with abs system power failure warning. It would go on and off as I drove. Then the car started jerking as it was driven and finally stayed on and was on everytime we started. Needs a new modulator-control unit which is $1,400 and has been backordered since mid June. Haven't been able to drive car, and I can't renew registration because it won't pass va safety inspection.
I got my car brand new off the lot. Ive had it for 5 years now. Every day in summer my camera in the windshield gets overheated. Now I have a code3 camera /collision detection failed notice flashing and my fcw and ldw lights on . I feel it has a default in the windshield camera from being over heated all these years.

While driving the vehicle at low speeds on city streets the electronic power steering, vehicle stability assist, forward collision warning, antilock braking system, lane departure warning and parking brake indicator lights all activated. I took the vehicle to my mechanic who diagnosed a faulty vsa modulator control unit, Honda part # 57110-t2g-l02. When we attempted to order the part we were informed that the part is backordered with no expected release date. That was June 2, 2020. Today is June 22, 2020 and I called Honda again with the same result. I believe the warning indicators are accurately communicating that these safety systems are offline and am not driving the vehicle until I can repair it. It seems unreasonable and unsafe that Honda cannot provide a replacement for such a crucial safety-related part.
Driving home from airport after returning home late at night my car randomly accelerated and drive light started blinking. Car then drive normal a few more min b4 doing this again jumping on its own while only going 15 mh up to 2 and 3000tpm. I pulled over turned off car then back on. Car was fine the next 5 mile home. The next morning I drove 15miles fine when the car started this again. I pulled over noticed slight smoke but was less than 1 mile from safety so I tried making it. The car again jumped at low speed up to 3000 rpm and stayed there. Breaking and going on it's own. Once I made it to safety I parked car. Upon getting it towed found that my axel came unseated during this and lost all tran fluid. Car wouldn't go into any gear. Upon reseat of axel and replace tran fluid car seems to be ok. After reading all these other people with similar issues I'm thinking that the axel was not the issue but the result of whatever the real issue is that caused it to unseat to begin with. If it wouldn't of been the middle of the night and early morning I would of myself or someone else. I'm terrified of my car now. Luckily I was on a neighborhood street both times.

2019 Honda Accord has 9 different warning lights on. Electric parking breake systems, brake systems problem, brake hold system, electrical power steering, vehicle stability assist, hill start assist, adaptive cruise control, collision mitigation and road departure mitigation.
The acc, brake system, lkas, and all security systems sent a message that they are off and does not work, after for no reason, no obstacle it braked itself. Now the entire system is off.
Loss of engine power, no acceleration while engaging the gas foot pedal, shacking of car and unable to accelerate. First time, vehicle was in motion on a city street second time, while turning to merge on to freeway ramp and continues to do it soon after starting the vehicle and becoming mobile on city streets.
While driving condition, sometimes break problem was found and other 5 problems showing in the odometer that time I couldnot have control on the vehicle. When I push break padel , it doesnot work. I am facing this problrm couple of the time. First time Honda dealer reset the codes, 2nd time they suggest me to replace the battery, I did. Then after while I am facing same problem. What should I do , I dont understand but I am very disappointed with this vehicle. I could be in danger sometimes while on highway. Need the right solution but I still dont get the result.
After putting the car in gear it shows a fcw code in the dashboard. It happens everytime the car is moving out of the driveway, on a street, highway, and interstate.
The problems with vehicle started three months after purchasing it in November 2018. I have four documented cases with the dealership. As well as 7 videos of the incident taken place while the car is in motion. The tachometer and entire dashboard, including entertainment center, shuts off while driving. This is a big safety issue especially while using the gps. The system reboots itself while the car is in motion. Honda corporate is aware of the issue and had not provided a fix for the issue to date, despite representations that such fixes would be available by fall of last year. I also have voicemail from the service and parts director of the dealership admitting fault and no fixes for the problem. I have additional evidence I can share. For "when did this happen?", I have put the approximate last time this issue arose. The problem is ongoing and has been since I bought the car in November 2018. Please note that my pdf files cannot go below 6mb, so I need to submit that to you some other way when you contact me. Thank you for your time.
I was driving my brake light came on there were no cars in front of me. The next day my acc light is on and collision mitigation braking system light is on.
Vsa/ tc fail - caused hazard. Problem description: I got stuck on my driveway, on pavement, in a steep section of the road. Tc kept cutting the throttle. Here's what I did: 1) I tried to use the brakes to keep the car from rolling down the hill and to stop the no-traction wheel from spinning. This did not work. Tc kicked in, over and over, causing the car to roll backwards. 2) I tried to use the brakes, during quick foot swap of the pedals (separate application of brake, then gas pedal). This too, did not work. This was the worse case - the car rolled backward, and then made the drivers side wheel spin even more (beside, I now was almost off the road, and into muddy ditch). 3) next, I tried more careful slow acceleration, there was no difference between idle, off-idle and the very slightest of acceleration (needed more granularity). The wheel spun freely. I now was even closer to being, off the road, and into the muddy ditch. Where others have fallen before. 4) finally, I turned the traction control off. This had no effect. It appears this is dummy-button (its fake). Here's what I expected. . . A) since 3 of the wheels reported 0-mph, and each application of the throttle resulted in negative mph, on the same 3 wheels then the tc should allow low mph of wheel spin, while gas and brakes are applied (I do this all the time in reverse/ backing up hill, and this works good - no tc interference). B) or, since 3 of the wheels reported 0-mph, and each application of the throttle resulted zero forward progress, then the abs should apply slight brakes (maybe even hill holding function), to the front wheels, to force traction to the wheel with the most grip. Abs possibly applying, alternating braking, as traction is lost, and gained, to each front wheel, till forward motion is achieved for 100ft (some distance). C) or, at least allow the vsa/ tc, button to work.
Car suddenly brakes, panic breaking, with no warning and for no reason, causing me to be in danger of hitting from behind as there is nothing in front of me causing the people behind to slow. Once this happened on the interstate, with all 3 lanes clear in front of me. I was surprised the guy behind be didn't hit me, as most drivers are following to close, counting on seeing any danger in front of them through my windshield, and in this case there was nothing.
This car almost killed me on highway while driving 70 miles/h it decided to tap breaks by itself(slow down) the gas pedal would not respond it was not any car in front of me. I took it to a dealer they restarted the system said everything it's fine now but did not fixed the problem the same day I had the same issue with it. I don't feel safe driving in it.
Driving in inclement weather snow/freezing rain. The Honda sense radar will become covered in snow and or ice causing it to light up the dashboard with warning lights. None of the Honda safety features work (adaptive cruise, lane assist, automatic braking) even if you are not using them at the time they all shut down. The worst being the automatic braking could cause wrecks if it hasn't already. When the dash lights up it starts beeping constantly and you have to close out 3-4 notifications before it will stop blinking. Has happened on highway as well as just normal driving state roads. Has happened to me 3 different times. Car has 12000 miles.
Tl-the contact owns a 2019 Honda Accord. While driving 45 mph the windshield cracked without warning or impact. The collision mitigation brake system indicator warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where windshield was replaced. The local dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. The failure mileage was unknown. Ap.

Repeatedly at random intervals during hot & cold weather I hear loud buzzing vibration sound coming from area housing high voltage lithium ion battery!!! over the past one year. Always while driving at 46 to 52 mph, now in cold weather is starting at 35 mph . I fear over heating or fire from high voltage lithium ion battery!!! I had the dealer replace a mic located in the cabin and not problem was corrected, 7 different technicians at Honda had hear this noise but they don"t know what it is. This is been happen since the car had 4200 miles now is 28000 and is getting worst . Please if you having this similar issue take the time to report it here so Honda can take it serious this can be a fire hazard .
