The contact owns a 2008 Honda Civic. The contact stated that there was a loose bolt and fuel fumes started to emit into the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who stated that the nut to the fuel fuse feed hose needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that the vehicle was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 08v350000 (fuel system). The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
