2 Front Seat Belt Webbing problem of the 1997 Honda Civic

Failure Date: 09/19/1997

Consumer's passenger's side seat belt does not accomodate her size. The driver side belts fit her just fine. When she rode on the passenger's side the belt would tighten as she moved in the seat, she has tried every angle. She can't reach out to the dash or to the floor without the seat belt tightening on her body. She had to have the vehicle stopped due to the belt tightening up. The belt causes her to lose her breath due to tightness.
