Turn Signal Problems of Honda Civic

At all times turn signals began to work intermediately. Had fuses and relays checked (not the problem). Soon after driver side low beam headlight went out. Had bulb changed, worked for approximately 2 days then both low beam headlights went out along with both high beam headlights and emergency flashers. Have took vehicle in for diagnostic in which the turn lever was replaced and still didnt repair anything. No one can seem to find the problem. All symptoms seem to fall into category with recall #:12v136000 but when entering my VIN recall isnt shown. Please help! I am taking a huge risk driving in the day and its impossible to drive at night.

The contact owns a 2014 Honda Civic. While driving approximately 25 mph and activating the passenger side turn signal, the lane watch camera failed. The vehicle was restarted and resumed to normal function but the failure recurred on several occasions when the passenger side turn signal was engaged. The vehicle was taken to a local repair facility where the contact was advised that a bulb could not be installed into the vehicle and there was not a housing unit for a bulb. The dealer advised the contact to bring the vehicle in for diagnosis. The contact stated that he did not feel comfortable driving the vehicle without a left turn signal bulb. The vehicle as neither diagnosed nor repaired. The failure mileage was 9,000 and the current mileage was 10,000.

New vehicles turn signals are red in color and seem to have become more difficult to determine the drivers intentions during inclement weather situations. What ever allowed this change from the amber/yellow color of the turn signal to the current red color on newer model vehicles is a wrong decision, in my opinion, on the part of a drivers saftey while operating a motor vehicle.
