Brake Disc Caliper problems of the 2007 Honda CR-V

1 Brake Disc Caliper problem

Failure Date: 10/12/2010

Noise in rear of car the dealership did a brake inspection and said the problem was caused by rear brake pads are stuck in the mounts and are scoring rear rotors. They suggested replacement of rear brakes clean and lube mounts and slides on calipers. This happened at 44,400 miles.

2 Brake Disc Caliper problem

Failure Date: 07/16/2010

1. Started to hear metal on metal sound coming from the driver side rear wheel when brakes were applied. 2. The failure was a stuck brake caliper causing brake pads to wear down to metal. 3. Resurfaced rotors, replaced brake pads and unstuck caliper.
