The contact owned a 2007 Honda Cr-v. While driving at an unknown speed, the brakes failed when the brake pedal was depressed. As a result, the contact's vehicle crashed into another vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact mentioned that the vehicle was repaired per NHTSA campaign number: 16v061000 (air bags). A police report was not filed.
