Regularly when shifting into drive from park or shifting into drive from reverse, the car will fail to accelerate at all for several second despite gas pedal actuation at full, or pedal on the floor. Unpredictable acceleration when shifting into drive disallows driver from driving cautiously as the unknown variable is distracting and dangerous if in a situation where the car needs to move on command.
