At 110,000 miles I began having transmission slipping when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gears. The problem continued to get worse until all shifts were slipping. This car has a long lag (5 seconds or more) when shifting from park to drive. At 114,000, the transmission is being replaced by a 3rd party transmission shop. $2600 later, the transmission is still having problems. The shop currently believes (they aren't sure because they still haven't got it working properly) the failure began with an electrical, possibly ecm, problem. This van has been well maintained.
