The contact stated that the jack appeared to be compatible with the weight of a smaller vehicle. The dealer was contacted who advised that they never received any complaints about the jack. Tire jack on the Honda Ridgeline does not raise up high enough to change a tire. You need to have a board at least an inch tall to make up the difference.
