Windshield Problems of Hyundai Accent

2 cracks in my windshield because of unclean roads, new tires only 4 months old having side wall issues and causing car to wobble.

The contact owns a 2012 Hyundai Accent. The contact stated while driving approximately 55-60 mph, the hood was released without warning and cracked the front windshield. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 42,000.

Vehicle has been in to dealer several times for service, trans. Slips, free wheels, bucks, brakes twice have not worked until minutes after pedal pressed to floor, then pop when accelerating, dealer unable to reproduce?? so they won't fix/investigate problems, they have, however, replaced parts for manual windows that were falling down. Nlm.

Told to contact insurance. Refused. Told my father I lied and a tree or something else hit my windshield. Parents kept fighting. My mother finally told this has happened to two others. Took to shop. (I was on my way to college when it happened).

Consumer is having problems with windows. Widows tend to rattle. Contacted dealer, and dealer can't fix problem.

When the rear windows are lowered while driving the force of the wind hits the glass panel and creats a loud distracting noise in the vehicle, the faster the vehicle is driven the louder the noise gets, manufacturer are aware but have not changed the design yet. Nlm.

Engine is defective and has been replaced on 3 different occassions under warranty. Also, all four windows have fallen onto the doors. Windows have been repaired on 4 different occasions.

While driving vehicle at 60-65 mph the passeger's side window broke. Owner also notes that air conditioner was on. There were no damages or injuries.

Brake system was grinding. When consumer applied the brakes pedal went all the way to the floor. Vehicle has had forty work orders. Also, radio malfunctioned. When turning the volume up the station changed. Seat belts and sunvisors don't work properly, transmission problems, windows go down about 1/4 in while driving.

Driver and passenger window will not roll up or down. The plastic clip used in the windows keeps breaking.

While driving vehicle it is burning a lot of oil. Dealer has been notified however unable to remedy the problem. *akthe door windows are loose. The dealer was notified twice. There is decolorization with the steering wheel. The dealer was notified four times.

He tenido problemas en varias ocasiones con los cristales DE las puertas, los handles DE las puertas se rompen, el dash roto, el vinil DE los tapa sol se ha despegado, lo he llevado en varias ocasiones por que el carro esta ahogado y en dos ocasiones me ha prendido la luz DE check engine y no encuentran nada, dicen que ES la vibracion del motor. Antes DE los seis meses DE uso del carro ya los espejos retrovisores DE los lados estaban despintados.
