I keep getting a warning that pops up saying “consider taking a break”. It’s very distracting and there’s no way to turn it off. Please give us a way!.
Driving on interstate at 70mph. Multiple, five or six, warnings pop up in rapid succession mostly dealing with the safety features such as distance to car in front, adaptive speed control, lane keeping. The last one was hybrid system - safely stop. The car then immediately lost all acceleration power leaving us coasting. This all happened within a few seconds. Terrifying. Luckily we had space to get over quickly. 30 miles sooner we would have been in downtown jacksonville with no place to maneuver. Extremely dangerous. A few seconds warning then nothing. Turned the vehicle off as soon as we stopped and car was completely dead, no electrical power to anything, including flashers. Not sure how you can’t have flashers on a hybrid. Basically no warning to no power at highway speeds and then no flashers. Something is seriously wrong with this.

Vehicle was being driven on access road when the lka jerked the steering wheel to the right, causing a collision with a vehicle entering road from commercial drive. The road lines were straight with no breaks, hands were on the steering wheel. The vehicle was made to swerve out of its lane without enough time to correct before collision.
There have been multiple occasions, both on highway and urban roads, when the lane keeping assist system has forced me out of my lane, both taking control of my car's steering wheel to move me out of the lane while also failing to trigger my lane departure warning. One time, lka jerked over into a lane of oncoming traffic, another time it jerked me out of my lane into a near collision with a concrete lane barrier, and another time the lka jerked out of the lane almost into a curb.

I was driving home from work at night when my 2019 Hyundai Elantra sport (just found out has the wrong VIN) lost all power and felt like it wasn’t running on all cylinders. I switched it to sport mode had a little more power for about 2 mins then my car died completely. I had to pull over thankfully I made it to the bottom of the pass and coasted into a gas station while I waited for a tow truck to have it towed to the dealership. The dealership had my car for almost a week. They ran all kinds of diagnostic testing, one of which came back showing my engine lost almost all compression. Secondly they ran more tests and more tests and just to tell me it was a bad battery. The battery has been replaced. My car is still having idling issues, it’s shifting hard and the lane assist which I kept on just the warning turns itself on randomly, same with the front assist. This vehicle has 37,000 miles on it. Maintenance has been done regularly along with the highest quality oil changes, premium gas and air filters. I am pissed that I am paying so much money a month and am having nothing but issues.

Hello, I bought a brand new Hyundai Elantra hybrid 2022. In the first month my navigation system started having trouble and would just stop working as I was driving. Which was very unpleasant experience. I would like to keep using it but it just wont work. I already went to the dealership for this issue but they were unable to resolve it. The only thing they could do was to restart the car. Please see the screenshots of errors for your review and investigation. Today, but accidentally discovered that my huydai has a recall and I was not informed about it. The issue at hand is following: "safety risk the subject vehicles are equipped with driver/passenger pyrotechnic-type seat belt pretensioners that may deploy abnormally during a crash. An abnromal pyrotechnic pretensioner deployment could cause metal fragments to enter the vehicle occupant compartment, which may result in injury to vehicleoccupants. " this is serious. I am scared to drive because my seatbelt can kill me if I get into an accident. I would like to ask you, please take care of this issue ASAP and also provide a remedy for failed notification on time which puts my life and health under risk. Thank you very much, victoria.
Sometime around last November or December, I took my vehicle for oil change and other services performed at pep boys, I was notified that all four tires are almost worn out and needs to be replaced. All four tires were replace sometime in December 2021 and they also did the wheel balance and wheel alignment. Around January 2022, while driving, I could feel the tightness on the steering wheel and also my car pulling left and at times crossing into the adjacent lane and was tough on the steering wheel to bring it back to the previous lane. I informed pep boys and they carried out some tests and also did a wheel alignment at no cost. The problem hasn't been fixed, there's a knocking noise in the steering wheel and the car is still pulling right, there's also the sensor light flashing in the dashboard, which the mechanic at pep boys is unable to fix even after carrying out diagnostic tests. The vehicle is available for inspection, it has been inspected by pep boys, the warning lamp for the wheels is continuously flashing and pep boys has been unable to determine the course.

When attempting to engage lane keep assist and lane follow assist, it did not engage for 14 miles of my trip. I turned off lane follow assist and lane keep assist and after a few mins I turned those two back on but still did not engage. Vehicle had 147 miles at the time and had 235 miles left in gas tank. Stereo speakers cut out at high volume due to speakers getting hot.
I rented a 2020 Hyundai Elantra from pittsburgh PA to rockville MD. It was raining. Because the steering wheel was sensitive compared to other cars I had driven, I turned on the car's lane keeping assistance, which tightened the steering wheel a bit and made an alarm sound and steered back by itself when the car got close to a lane line. I drove under the speed limit and exercised all caution necessary on a raining day. On highway 70 east close to hagerstown MD, I noticed the car deviate towards the left on a curve. Lane keeping assist did not alarm. To prevent it from hitting the left divider, I tried to steer back to the right but the steering wheel was locked up. I pressed the brake pedal, but the car did not slow down. The car suddenly slid to the far right, left the highway pavement, rolled over on the lawn. All of the front and side airbags on the driver’s seat and CO-driver’s seat popped out. Smoke was everywhere. I got bruises on my knees and legs, and cuts in left hand and arm. The mileage was 43316 according to the rental company after the incident. I purchased the damage waiver so the rental company did not charge me or provide a report.

New car, about 600 miles on odometer. Travelling on highway, with the (lane keeping assist, and lane departure warning on). The vehicle pull the steering so quick, that I almost hit the car in the next lane. In another occasion it pull the car out of the lane I was travelling on. I turned off the lane keeping assist, and all seems ok.
