The car has an annoying picture of a coffee cup and tells me to consider taking a break followed by annoying beeps. This announcement happens every 5-10 minutes on the expressway regardless of who drives the car and if they are staying in the lanes. Hyundai took the way to disable this out of the menu this year and all the people in the car hear is annoying and distracting beeps on trips on the expressway.
All safety features randomly appear and go off as well as while driving 80mph down the highway the speedometer and rpm gauge both dropped to zero. Vehicle has been at the shop multiple times and stayed for three months where they could not duplicate the issues. I have pictures and videos of multiple instances. Dealership replaced back up camera and was told that was the cause for the safety lights going off and within a week of getting vehicle back the forward collision light has come on two different occasions when no vehicle is around as well as two instances when a vehicle slammed on brakes in front of me and the front collision sensor did not go off at all.

I have been encountering a series of troubling and erratic issues with my vehicle. These problems occur under various driving conditions, including acceleration, steady-state driving, and braking. However, the most prevalent and problematic occurrences seem to transpire during acceleration and braking. During acceleration, I've observed inconsistent behavior. Sometimes, the car shifts smoothly, with minimal torque drop between gears. On other occasions, the vehicle accelerates initially but then abruptly loses all power between gears, resembling the sensation of someone engaging the clutch in a manual vehicle and shifting slowly. This results in a temporary power loss lasting 1-2 seconds, followed by an over-revving and clutch slip, leading to an unintended surge in acceleration. The issues I've encountered during braking typically begin with a chattering noise and vibrations that seem to be an imbalanced or shocked reciprocating mass, I can assume maybe one of the clutches/flywheel . This is often followed by decreased brake pedal linearity, requiring increased brake pedal pressure to stop. This normally results in an unintended aggressive forward jerk just before coming to a stop, akin to someone releasing a clutch on a manual transmission vehicle too quickly when downshifting while the engine speed is too low. One night I went to get diapers for my baby and it was raining and I hit the breaks and the breaks lost control and I crashed into a median wall and my car kept spinning around. Ambulance were called and I was admitted to the hospital with minor injuries.

Dash lights come on randomly while driving it disables all safety features, engine ticking , randomly my driver side window goes down.
Driving at 70mph, another vehicle that is sitting on the grass on the side of the road decides to pulls out in front of me as I'm approaching(no warnings occurred from the collision assist system). I swerved to avoid the other vehicle and then he decides to pull into the lane that I'm trying to get into to avoid him. I break hard but not hard enough to lock the tires up or set off the abs. Moments after that incident, faults begin to pop up on my instrument cluster, check lane departure warning system(ldws), check autonomous emergency braking system(aeb) and check Smart high beam system. I figured that since some of these are safety related that I should report it. My vehicle has approximately 38000 miles.

Horn has now shut off at 11k miles. Jerky shifting transmission combustion engine failed to start several occasions. Many error warnings for the lane keep assist.
I purchased a car on December 24th 2022 and from the day I left off the lot there were electrical signals showing that the car was malfunctioning. I told alex (the dealer) what was taking place and the dealership never called me or tried to assist with any problems. For months the signals were coming on and off and my last straw was when my windshield wipers stopped working in the middle of a rain storm after I had just made an in person complaint for the 3rd time about my electrical issues on the car while at the dealership on may 13th 2023. I had just been told there was nothing they could do and I called them upon leaving to tell them I could not see while driving because my wipers were not working. They told me to just go home. Travis nash (new car sales manager) hung up on me 5/17/2023 after telling me I am making assumptions when I was shown proof that the car had issues by the service department when they finally serviced my car about my complaints on 5/16/2023. He told me he was never made aware when I emailed the service manager all of my proof the day prior. I called 5 times before I could actually reach travis who would have been alex's supervisor. They even hung up on me prior to speaking to him. I am completely disgusted & I do not feel safe in this car. Travis did not want to give me anything in writing that he was saying over the phone. He would not even send me an email. I don't feel valued I feel used. At this point I don't even know or have faith in this company. I am so hurt and as I told him if I were to die because of the issues then maybe he would have took accountability instead of blaming service or anyone else. I even contacted Hyundai corporate and they said there is nothing they can do because the dealership is a family run private Hyundai dealership. I have proof of all records and I will be attaching it. Attached shows different milage dates, of incidents, official text and emails that were unanswered.
Receiving intermittent warnings to check automatic emergency braking system, lane departure warning system, and automatic high beam light system. All three warnings occur together and happen intermittently while driving. Problem may or not begin when first start driving. The problem will also seem to rectify itself after a period of time then begin to cycle again several minutes or hours later. Will occur at any speed or while idling.
My headlights on left side (low beam)and right side (high beam) have each burned out three times. My high mounted brake light has been replaced at least five times as well as my left and right brake lights. Now both of my tag lights went out and a right tail light. Also brakes keep grinding even after I replaced pads and rotors and ntb national tire is telling me it’s in electrical braking system or calipers. My car had 94,000 miles on it and I’ve never had any car have caliper problems with low mileage.

My car does not have forward collision warning or lane departure warning. But sometimes it will randomly pop up and the screen and cause my breaks to abruptly stop and almost crash. This has happened atleast 8 times and the car was bought brand new in 2020.
