Vehicle was taken to dealer for fuel cut valve recall. Since new fuel cut valve was installed vehicle will not start after refueling. Dealer replaced new fuel cut valve, problem recurred. Dealer can not duplicate failure. Failure has occurred with the consumer after every refuel with no exceptions.
