The contact owns a 2008 Hyundai Tucson. While driving approximately 30 mph, the contact came to a stop when another vehicle crashed into the rear end of the vehicle. The contact stated that the seat belt did not restraint her properly and the seat popped backward. The contact sustained neck injuries and was taken to the hospital where she was given a neck restraint. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing and was driven to the contact's home. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure and the current mileage was 25,000.

Interior systems,front seats and head rest assembly,the seats in front I drive my car all day for my business and my neck shoulders are so stiff and causing headaches and my back is very sore and mostly cause the sitting on the front seat is very hard, and the head rest is in a very strange angle even when I put the seat back a bit it makes me hold my neck forward and it is not good. That is the only complaint I have for this vehicle.
