Check Engine Light On Problems of Infiniti FX35

I was driving on a highway at 55mph and started to brake to make a right hand turn and the engine died. This happened twice in two days. The check engine light along with the slip and vdc light came on. This turns out to be a common problem with Nissan and they recalled some cars for it. It's either the camshaft or crankshaft position sensor. This is a very serious situation. Im just glad I wasn't driving on the interstate when this happened. Should be a fix or recall on all cars affected by this.

Car accelerates while coasting as in driving at low speeds and it stalls as well car shut off on me 10 times already. Took it to Infiniti dealer I was told it has a p0024 soft code related to the magnetic retarders problem is this issue hardly throws a code with this issue my car check engine light is off but yet the car malfunctions. I have read numerous reports in car forums looks like this is a really big issue with this car that has gone under the radar with this particular car make and model.

The contact owns a 2004 Infiniti Fx35. The contact stated that while driving 20 mph, the vehicle began shaking abnormally. The engine light illuminated and the contact took the vehicle to the dealer to be inspected. The dealer informed the contact that the oil wires that connected to the engine had burned. The contact was advised that the engine would need replacing. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 76000.
