My Infiniti seat bracket broke and it rocking back and forth like a rocking chair. It is vary dangerous and I have read several other reported cases including five or six reported on this site. I had the same response that one other had on this site from the Infiniti dealer, the driver's weight. I too, am the only driver of this vehicle and this is my 4th Nissan product including my last maxima that I had for 14 years without any issues. The dealer has estimated a cost of 1,300 to fix the problem. It almost caused me to crash on the freeway, and now I am driving a very dangerous car with only 47,000 miles. Appears to be a defect and not only an expensive and irritating issue, but a dangerous one. Please Infiniti, step up and stand behind your product. Its a great product, but the seat design (bracket) is terrible and dangerous.
