Brakes Failed Problems of Infiniti QX60

On 2/18/2020 I was driving my vehicle in a snowy weather and my brakes failed to stop my vehicle and ended up sliding down the carb and hit a parked vehicle. I have a recall for abs. My transfer case under the hood was leaking and making a weird loud noice. Went to the dealership right before the accident happened but they asked me to come back on Monday.

Tl- the contact owns a 2018 Infiniti Qx60. The VIN was not provided.
