Consumer's wife was traveling at about 55 mph and vehicle hit a pot hole. The impact broke the entire tire rim. Consumer took the rim to the dealer, and was told that Jaguar no longer made this type of tire rim, and they would have to exchange all the rims, but would only be charged for one.
