Tl the contact owns a 2015 Jaguar Xf. When the contact depressed the brake pedal, his foot extended to the accelerator pedal, which caused the vehicle to rev and lurch forward. The failure recurred several times. The vehicle was taken to Land Rover monterey (831-899-8800, located at 1711 del monte blvd, seaside, CA 93955) where the technician stated that nothing could be done about the failure. The manufacturer was called, but no one answered the phone. The failure was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.
