Service light on dash "svc 4wd" took it to the dealership stated power transfer unit solenoid bad. Ordered part and when received pulled ptu off vehicle and removed solenoid. Saw that ptu had internal damage and ordered new ptu. Replaced ptu when received. This is same failure of the 2014-2018 Cherokees recall. My 2019 was not included.
