1 Fog Light Switch problem of the 2015 Jeep Cherokee

Failure Date: 03/19/2020

I have had to replace my driver side light bulb 3 times in the past 6 months . I keep spending 60-80$ for these replacements just for it to go out in less than 3 months. My passages side has never gone out , only the driver side . The bulb isn't burnt out , yet it won't turn on . It did this while I was driving in the city at a stop sign waiting to turn out of my neighborhood. Luckily my fog lights, which have never went out on me, help me see the roads at night . I just can't risk driving and getting a ticket for the headlight out but I also can't afford to keep replacing the one bulb that constantly goes out . There isn't any condensation in there either so I'm not sure why it keeps going out .

Failure Date: 10/04/2008

Fog light switch. Went to the dealer to get another switch , I was told that the switch # had been changed and the it is $186. 00 which includes wiring" I asked if the wiring is recalled he said " no" so I bought the switch for $45. 00 and it seems to work. I was wondering if Dodge knows that the wiring is bad? I have seen a Jeep in the junk yard that has a dash fire starting in that area? your help is required for our safety & peace of mind!.
