The second failure occurred while the contact was on vacation and the front passenger’s side tire had run flat. The contact stated that the wrench that came equipped with the vehicle could not unscrew the bolts on the flat tire. The contact sought outside assistance to remove the passenger’s side lug nuts. The contact stated that the lug nuts presented a great danger and could leave a motorist stranded in the event of an emergency.
