Wheel Rim Problems of Jeep Cherokee

The contact owns a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. While driving various speeds off an exit ramp, the contact clipped the front driver side tire on a curb. As a result, the driver side rim fractured, which made the vehicle immobile. The contact stated that there was damage to the bottom of the vehicle due to the tire fracture. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a repair shop. There were no injuries. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 35,000. There is vibration in the steering wheel. Gears are stuck when trying to change gears. Dealership is aware of problem. Steering wheel does not lock. Consumer states that the plastic hub caps get soft and come off, both calipers have been replaced once, rotors replaced 4 times and turned once, brake pads have been replaced 5 times.
