One problem related to carrier/rack has been reported for the 2008 Jeep Compass. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Corrosion involving the back braces, wheelhubs, axles, brackets at 113094 miles. Found when a sensor went bad on the back right wheel, lights came on while traveling. Also some found on bearing. Only a very small amount at the front. Currently staying in myrtle beach, SC.
