The contact owns a 2007 Grand Cherokee. While driving 5 mph, the traction control system activated when he hit a bump. As a result, the vehicle would not accelerate. The traction control would deactivate after approximately two seconds and the vehicle would accelerate. The contact stated that his foot would stick when he attempted to depress the brake pedal.
