1 Wiring problem

Tl-the contact owns a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The vehicle stalled while driving the contact was stranded for approximately 10-15 minutes before vehicle resumed proper function the stop/start feature was inoperable the contact stated that while stopped in traffic, the auto stop/start feauture became inoperable. The contact stated that the accelerator pedal was depressed however, the vehicle failed to respond. The contact was unable to turn the vehicle off or switch the vehicle into gear. The contact stated that after approximately 10-15 minutes the vehicle resumed normal functionality. The vehicle was taken to joey accardi Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, ram, 909 federal hwy, pompano beach, FL 33062, (954) 943-6700, on three separate occasions to be diagnosed. On the first occasion the contact was informed that a wiring harness failed and needed to be replaced. On the second and third occasion the vehicle was diagnosed, and the contact was informed the secondary battery that controls the stop start feature was depleted and need to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was contacted and informed of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 2,000. Ah.
