Tamara recall: don jackson continues to give me the rub around with replacing the airbag. When first contacted last year, I was told I was on a list. Numerous follow ups resulted in being told the part was not in, no longer available and eventually I'm no longer on the list because a list, in fact, did not exist. I finally was able to secure a n appointment where I was told they had to order the part. Three weeks later they are still waiting for the part and I need to call back in a few days to see if it came in. I'm wondering if don jackson is waiting for me to purchase another car or die in this one. At the end of the day I'm still waiting to get my airbags fixed. .

24 Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 01/28/2016

I have 2 recalls on my Jeep right now. N46 and r06- I was told today because I lived in winter conditions that the n46 - cannot be installed because there is corrosion in the frame of the car making it impossible for the hitch to be installed. So if I am in a collision and rear ended my fuel tank could explode. The r06 could not be preformed which is the occupant restraint control module because there have been no parts available since February of 2015. So I could be driving and my airbags could deploy which will result in an accident. I called the fca recall assistance center and they were unable to give me a solution to either issue. I took time off of work to have these issues resolved and it was a waste of my day and time not to mention the fact that my vehicle is unsafe to drive.
