Brake Disc Pads problems of the 2002 Jeep Liberty

1 Brake Disc Pads problem

Failure Date: 06/01/2017

Airbag light continues to appear on and off even though recall m35 was performed. 06/17 rotors had to be replaced along with brake pads. 04/15 passenger side front window regulator repaired 04/13. Not working properly again. A/c condenser replaced 04/13. Not working.

2 Brake Disc Pads problem

Failure Date: 04/10/2004

Brake pads went out after 23,000 miles. Brakes did not make sqeaking noise as indicator. Metal on metal sound was only indication. Damaged the rotors and was replaced. Other rotors was resurfaced. $350 to repair. Jeep will not include as warranty even though faulty parts used. This is not safe.

3 Brake Disc Pads problem

Failure Date: 08/01/2003

When braking, left brake sticks and jerks vehicle to the left. Extremely dangerous at highway speeds. Almost causing several accidents. Brakes have been serviced several times. Replacing rotors, and pads at dealership. Condition lessens after being serviced but continually worsens over time.

4 Brake Disc Pads problem

Failure Date: 07/08/2003

Rear brake axle seals have failed 3 times which soaked the brake pads each time. Dealer replaced seals and pads. Now the vehicle is shaking and pulsating especially in the steering wheel when braking from 60-40 mph. Please also note that the transmission failed and was replaced at 25,000 mi.
