1 Window Regulator Failed problem

Failure Date: 05/21/2010

Right rear window regulator failed and window fell into the door. After part was replaced by dealer, same window regulator failed 16 months later. This window is next to my 4 year old's car seat and is never opened. For me, this is a safety issue. Thousands of identical complaints can be found on various sites. Jeep is aware of the issue and refuses to fix it.

2 Window Regulator Failed problem

Failure Date: 07/07/2009

Rear passenger window "fell" down on it's own at highway speed. Caused extreme distress in my 6 year old daughter. Have found several thousand complaints about this problem. Window regulator failed for no reason. Window was not being put up or down. Just fell into door.
