2 Engine Belts And Pulleys problem

Failure Date: 02/22/2016

2015 Jeep Renegade: vehicle shifts hard; like a canon. Took vehicle in to dealer and they said it just needed an update. Problem still not fixed. Vehicle makes a ringing sound like a phone when at highway speeds of 65 miles per hour. Vehicle rattles a lot especially in the speaker areas and also the driver side seatbelt area. When I took it in to the dealer to have them figure out the rattles they said that they could not find it. The seats do not heat up well. When it is turned on high, it feels like it is on the low setting still. When the steering when is being turned at any speed it makes a creaking sound.
