One problem related to horn assembly has been reported for the 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The wiring going to the steering column keeps shorting out making it so the horn, steering wheel electrical buttons and likely airbag stop working. The dealer says it is the clock spring. It has been going on since purchased with 12000 miles and replaced twice. At 22000 miles the dealer cannot keep it functional. I'm concerned that the lack of functional safety equipment could lead to injury or death. This also leads to loss of value if the manufacturer cannot provide a solution.
