Warnings Problems of Jeep Wrangler

The instrument panel cluster failed in my vehicle. It is the only source of information for most systems. It is a major safety concern that this is not working. I saw there is a recall for Jeep vehicles in my model year range, but my VIN is not included in the recall. Can my VIN please be added? my vehicle is now inoperable because of this and has been so for over 3 weeks.

Clutch - the sansone dealer located in avenel, NJ has informed me that they did not have the part at the time and that I would receive a call. I never got a call so I decided to take the car back to them and now I'm being told they would need to hold onto the car for at least 48-hrs to diagnose the car. I don't understand why when they should be aware of the recall.

On November 2022 I had the first lost of power on my Jeep Wrangler 2021 4xe sahara, I was driving on the freeway on the carpool lane about 65 miles per hour and the car completely shut down leaving me, my mom, my aunt and my service dog in the middle of the [xxx] in los angeles which high traffic freeway with no power to keep moving I could have get killed and my family as well. After that the Jeep has been in for repairs for the same issue another fourteen (14) times. Chrysler wont answer to our requests. I was. Driving on the fwy, when I pass the bridge, there is a small rupper bump. The car starts shaking vertically and starts to slow down in the middle of the fwy. I try to speed up to pull over to the right, but no response, where I felt the gas peddle is not working at that moment. I was lucky there were not too many cars behind me on the fwy. I went to the dealer and they say something about, dead throttle.

1. Water leak and windshield cracked because windshield seal broken. Windshield seal found to be broken or cracked by dealership. 2. Windshield cracked and water leaking into forward crash collison avoidance radar housing and onto viewscreen which has quit working. 3. Cracked windshield causing visual impairment.

Vehicle has had serious issues with steering and systems connected to it. I have changed the steering dampner as well as teh steering geasr box. Vehicle wanders horibly, doesnt track well, and is cconstantly losing its alignment. Its issues have affected power loss, stability control and more. Its been in service many times now and I have zero confidence in its abilty to control this vehicle safely. There are many complaints on ths year related to steering and I am another. I can turn teh vehicle wheel more than 90 degrees with zero wheel movement.
