Car Will Not Accelerate Problems of Kia Motor Forte

Tl- the contact owns a 2019 kia Forte sport. The contact stated that the frontal crash avoidance system would engage independently and the camera obstructed warning symbol would flash. When the system would engage, the brake system would independently slow down the vehicle abruptly, the crash avoidance system warning light would flash. On one occasion when the frontal crash avoidance system engaged, the vehicle would not accelerate and the contact had to have the towed to jt's kia of columbia 230 killian commons parkway, columbia, SC 29203 where they diagnosed the vehicle was a transmission failure. The transmission was on back order and had not been replaced; the vehicle remained in the possession of the dealer. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and was informed that there was already on open case on the vehicle; the contact was then referred to NHTSA. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure mileage was unknown. Jo.
