Other Fuel System Tank Assembly Problems of Kia Motor Forte

When fueling gas, once the pump clicks and stops producing fuel as the car is full, gas gushes out of the tank and onto the side of the car from the opening. The vehicle was stationary, turned off. This does not happen every time, but I would say about 2 out of 5 times fueling. It does this at all different gas stations, there is no specific pump that it does it at.

Car driven 300 miles on one tank of gas, time to get gas, gas won't go in and when I try to put gas in my car , it sprayed out all over me and the car. Very scary. I can't get gas into my car. This just happened today. Never happened before and I filled up fine last week. Can't drive my car because it's empty and won't fill up.

The vehicle had been driven for over 300 miles one this particular tank of gas, so I'm certain that the fuel gauge is correct; the gas light is also on. I parked at a gas station and put the car in park and turned off the car. I attempted to fill the tank, but the fuel will not go in. The fuel splashes back out and will not go into the tank.

Gas gauge does not keep an accurate reading. When I fill the tank up with gas one day and I drive to work 15 miles and the tank gauge will show below 3/4 of a tank.

This is our 2nd 2014 kia Forte ex with navigation everything top of the line. . . Well the first one had a knock in the motor so the dealership "exchanged" it and this one the seat takes about 5 min to lock into place after you adjust it and you have to be driving for it to lock in. There is a knock when you turn the wheels and the dealership says kia is working to fix it & try not to drive it as much as you can. . . The fuel tank keeps leaking and needing to be replaced but there working on that too I'm sure. . . . Haha after our car being in the shop for 36 days I finally was called by kia and offered a settlement until they can fix the issues. . . The settlement was not easy the girl who called me was extremely rude and everything I had looked up about the laws she didn't know she had to keep either "googling" it or she went to ask her boss & then would come back OH your I guess right. . . Kia was doing good for awhile but sadly I think they are very close to having the buy 2 get 1 free sale again. . .
