A year ago I do receive a recall letter notifying for rusty lower arms wheels to be replaced but such thing never happened. The dealer just apply more rust inhibitors but procedures was not the appropriate cure for the problem. When the vehicle is on motion a very disturbing noise came just under the wheels. See pictures they are more self explanatory just the driver side it's shown due to file limitation.

2 Suspension problem

The electrical doors stopped working and do not latch, the door fly open when we turn a corner. The esc light is on. My brakes and transmission has malfunctioned. . Malfunctions in SC 134. Sc133. Sc098. The ;suspenision and clicks and clutters. Since this year alone my van has malfunctioned in all the areas, u can see when looked at. . . The doors alone are dangerious.

3 Suspension problem

The contact owns a 2007 kia Sedona. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle began to vibrate. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the tires needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. However, the failure recurred. The VIN was included in NHTSA campaign numbers: 16v389000 (latches/locks/linkages) and 16v387000 (suspension). However, the parts needed to repair the vehicle were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 200,000. Parts distribution disconnect.

Takata recall there is a popping sound under the van while you are driving doesnt matter what kind of road you are on unknown what part it is the esc light keeps coming on doesnt matter what kind of road you are on and the brakes keep acting like they are going out doesnt matter what kind of road you are on.

Failure Date: 10/18/2013

The contact owns a 2007 kia Sedona. The contact was driving 40 mph and heard an abnormal cracking noise when tuning the steering wheel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection where they stated that the front struts, strut mount bearings, and bearing plates were corroded and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 50,000. The VIN was unavailable.

I purchased in 2008. I have heard the axle or tire rod make squeaking noise on every bump or dip. Everytime I mention to shop mechanic and they check, they say nothing is wrong. After 96000 miles they tell me they cannot give me a alignment because I need new tire rods. The same vehicle I have complained for 9 years.

7 Suspension problem

Consumer had problems with two leased kia Sedona and with the dealership. The consumer heard an awful rattle not long after having an oil change. It was discovered that there was no oil in the reservoir and oil was all over the vehicle. The consumer was able to get to a repair shop and the mechanic informed him there was no oil and the filter was not properly installed. The vehicle began to shimmy and shake. The dealer stated the problem was a defective cable, however the shimmy and shake returned. The check engine light illuminated. The consumer stated the second Sedona blew a fuse within the first month. Then, two months later the vehicle would not start. The dealer replaced the battery and this vehicle also rattled.
