Hatchback/liftgate Lock Problems of Kia Motor Sedona

The contact owns a 2018 kia Sedona. The contact stated while vehicle was parked in the street the Smart lift automatically engaged and the contact was tramped in between her vehicle and another parked vehicle. The contact complaint is that the lift does not disengage when sense a person when lifting or descending. The contact state that she heard the censor but could not move. The vehicle was not taken to dealer nor repair yet. The manufacture was notified. The failure mileage was 48,000.

The contact owns a 2016 kia Sedona. While attempting to start the vehicle, the key failed to turn in the ignition. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to take the vehicle to the dealer. The contact also stated that the rear hatch was difficult to open after being unlocked with the key fob. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 9,960.

We have a 2002 Sedona. We have owned it for 2 years. And this is the 7th time the airbag light has come on and stayed on. Evey time we take it in they replace something, once was the seat belt latch, another time was a part in the computer and so on. They just don't know what is causing it to come on, so they tell me. That is such a reassuring answer for a car owner. We have also had problems with the battery, hatchback not opening and having dents in it from when we shut it and break problems that they refussed to fix until after the warrenty expired. It is time now for an attorney to step in for us.
