I was stopped at a yield sign due to oncoming traffic and was stuck from the rear from another vehicle. My seatbelt did not lock and my chest struck the steering wheel and rebounded into the seat. My seat moved forward causing difficulty exiting the vehicle.

When attempting to make an emergency stop in traffic that came to a sudden holt, anti-lock brakes did not respond. Pedal was applied, and vehicle just began sliding, hitting another vehicle in rear. Air bags did not deploy, and seat belts did not restrain. Kia has been contacted.
Both rear seatbelt retractors keep tightening when used. Vehicle taken to dealership for inspection, dealer stated seatbelts were working properly.
Consumer was traveling 35mph and didn't come to a complete stop. She applied brakes,and the seatbelt broke loose from the retractor. Consumer hurt her leg.

Dual air bags did not deploy and front and rear passnger's seat belt assembly did not restrain, allowing driver's chest to impact steering and css to be thrown forward. Injuries: back, neck. Head and concussions from css straps.
When driving and upon proceeding to stop applying the brake pedal, consumer heard a noise coming from the front end. Also, vibration in the front end after coming to a complete stop, the vehicle lugged forward. Also, frontal safety belts do not retract, causing the belt to be very loose . Vehicle was placed in off position, and driver's side/passenger side air bags deployed without a cause, also driver's side and passenger's side seat belts did not stay locked in housing mechanism. In addition, having problems with faulty brakes. Upon stopping brakes were making a loud noise, sounded like metal to metal. Consumer has contacted dealer.
